In this role you will be responsible for leading automotive development projects for electronic rearview mirrors and related next-generation products, acting as the technical and strategic bridge between Japanese OEM customers and the global headquarters development team.

You will focus on customer-facing project leadership, technical coordination, milestone management, and cross-cultural alignment. In addition to supporting ongoing development programs, the role also contributes to new business acquisition activities and supports the introduction of key automotive requirements such as cybersecurity and functional safety.
