In this role you be partnering closely with sales and technical teams to drive new business and project wins in complex automotive technology domains. The focus is on understanding both customer business needs and technical requirements in advanced vehicle systems and shaping strategic proposals that convert technology capabilities into commercial success. The position goes beyond traditional sales coordination and combines technical understanding with strategic business engagement.

・Drive new business opportunities and project launches with OEMs and major automotive customers
・Own defined revenue and order intake targets for assigned product lines
・Develop and execute strategic plans for winning new projects
Order Intake Ownership
・Achieve order intake and sales targets in the assigned region or segment
・Coordinate internal stakeholders to secure project approvals and order commitments
・Lead key strategic initiatives aimed at successful order closure
Customer Value Propositions & Commercial Insight
・Develop compelling proposal strategies by aligning customer business drivers and technical value
・Communicate why specific specifications, pricing, and product configurations deliver optimal value
・Elevate customer decision‑making with consultative insights and context‑driven proposals
Technology & Business Alignment
・Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to define technically viable and commercially sound solutions
・Ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements while maintaining commercial competitiveness
・Bridge technical capabilities with business priorities during customer engagements
Pricing and Competitive Positioning
・Lead specification and pricing optimization to achieve competitive positioning
・Work with product and commercial leadership on pricing strategy and differentiation
・Support negotiation strategies that balance cost objectives with product value
Internal Alignment & Team Enablement
・Deliver product and technical training to commercial teams
・Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and mid‑term planning processes
・Aid in formulating strategic roadmaps in collaboration with product and sales leadership

- 応募資格(必須)
- ・Experience in the automotive supplier industry (Tier‑1 supply chain)
・Engineering background (electrical/electronic preferred; mechanical acceptable)
・Professional experience in roles such as Project Manager, Key Account Manager, Technical Sales, or technical project lead
・Native level Japanese
・Business‑level English (used in meetings, correspondence, and technical discussions)
