I am a recruitment consultant specializing in the semiconductor industry. I handle all functions of recruitment, including sales, administration, and engineering roles. My clients include both Japanese companies and foreign firms. I hope to support talented professionals in finding career opportunities that match their skills and aspirations, and to help companies build strong, capable teams in this fast-growing industry.

career

I majored in International Economics at the Faculty of Economics, where I studied the economic history and theories of Japan and other countries.

I studied Spanish as a second foreign language and participated in a seminar focused on German culture. I also attended a college in Vancouver, Canada, majoring in International Trade, where I learned about sales and marketing, finance, and supply chain management in international trade, and earned a diploma from FITT (Forum for International Trade Training).

After graduating, I joined a trading company for electronic components as a corporate sales representative, handling relationships with domestic and international manufacturers and suppliers. I then moved to an IT company as an outsourcing sales representative, managing SaaS services related to real estate e-commerce, electricity, and mobile sectors, while also performing on-site client support. Subsequently, I joined Turnpoint Consulting.

Areas of Responsibility

Dedicated to the automotive and mobility industry, receiving foreign importers and MaaS-related companies. He is in charge of a wide range of jobs, mainly sales and marketing positions, but also business planning, dealer development, SCM, etc.

career

Born in Germany. He holds a master's degree in history from Ruhr University Bochum with a focus on U.S.-Japan relations and Japanese-German relations. To study Japanese history and culture and improve his Japanese, he received a scholarship to spend a year at Kyushu University.
After working in the hotel industry in Tokyo for five years, he joined Turnpoint Consulting.

Areas of Responsibility

With his deep understanding of the industry, he mainly works with foreign companies in the semiconductor industry. He specializes in FAE positions (both analog and embedded), including sales positions.

career

Originally from the United States. After graduating from college, she worked in the logistics industry for about 7 years, where she was responsible for various back-office tasks such as billing, recruiting, and as a full-stack developer. She then came to Japan and began her career as an English teacher. She joined Turnpoint Consulting to apply the expertise she gained in a diverse range of industries.
