Responsibilities

Manage the full 360° recruitment process with candidates and clients from sourcing, interview process, placement, and aftercare.

• Diligently pursue and attract qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing strategies including scout sites, referrals, head-hunting, and registered candidates.

• Develop strong trusting relationships with high caliber professionals

• Develop new business through targeting clients in the automotive and mobility industry and studying trends in growing segments of the industry.

• Continuously strive to improve your understanding of your clients’ business, their corporate cultures and needs to leverage this knowledge and consult intelligently.

• Plan to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

Requirements

• Prior Recruitment Experience would be greatly advantageous but is not an absolute requirement.

• Track record of achieving sales targets.

• Solid active listening skills and a sharp mind to process and simplify information.

• Fluency in English

Process Flow

Paper Screening

Applicants will be evaluated based on their resumes, working history, and other documents provided at the application process.

First Interview

The interviews will be conducted online, and you have the option to choose between Japanese or English for the interview.

Web Test

Applicants who pass the first interview will be requested to take an aptitude test via online.

Final Interview

The interview will take place at our office, and will be conducted both in English and Japanese.
