Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Strong knowledge of market segments such as General Industries (construction machinery, power generation systems, automotive, or similar), or Precision Machinery & Machine Tools.
    Track record in technical sales and marketing within a multinational environment.
    Strong analytical, logical, and conceptual skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    Successful experience managing complex projects across different locations, cultures, and stakeholders.
    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Strong people engagement skills; ability to influence, convince, and provide solutions in a collaborative environment.
    Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
    Bachelor's degree or higher.

    Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to define successful market penetration strategies (using CRM systems).
    Develop long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers in engineering, design, and R&D teams in priority industries.

  • Requirements
