This position is to provide customer support for the mechanic matching platform so that both parties (mechanics and companies) can use the platform smoothly.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■Onboarding support
・Support new clients (both mechanics and companies) to use the service smoothly
■Usage monitoring and proactive follow-up
・Identify usage status based on data, and propose improvements and provide additional support as needed
■Matching operation
・When a company requests a mechanic with specific When a company requests a mechanic with specific conditions, research mechanics outbound and propose the best candidate
・Provide conditions to the mechanic and conduct matching operations
■ Feedback collection and product improvement collaboration:
・Gather user feedback and share with the product team to improve the service Connect to service improvements by collecting user feedback and sharing it with the product team

- Requirements
- Experience in customer success, customer support, or account management
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills, and the ability to build trust and resolve issues.

- Experience in customer success in a matching platform
・Experience in coordinating staffing and recruiting
・Advanced knowledge of automotive is a plus
