Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■ Onboarding support
・Support new clients (both mechanics and companies) to use the service smoothly
■ Usage monitoring and proactive follow-up
・Identify usage status based on data, and propose improvements and provide additional support as needed
■ Matching operations
・When a company requests a mechanic with specific When a company requests a mechanic with specific conditions, research mechanics outbound and propose the best candidate
・Provide conditions to the mechanic and conduct matching operations
Feedback collection and product improvement collaboration:
・Gather user feedback and share with the product team to improve the service Connect to service improvement

- Requirements
- Experience in customer success, customer support, or account management
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills, and the ability to build trust and resolve issues.

- Preferred
- Customer success experience in a matching platform
・Experience coordinating in staffing or recruiting
・Additional knowledge of automotive is a plus (not required)
