We are currently seeking an experienced individual to build an R&D environment for automated driving and advanced driver assistance systems (AD/ADAS). This role will focus on enhancing the systems and software engineering process through the development and optimization of the R&D environment.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Job Description
    The following tasks in automated driving and driver assistance systems will be entrusted to you in collaboration with other divisions, development partners, and research institutes, both domestically and internationally. In addition, you will also be responsible for local evaluation and development overseas.
    Specific duties:
    ・Test design from requirements in the system and software engineering area in automated driving/automated driving support development
    ・Building processes to improve software quality and the associated traceability management development environment
    ・Building and testing verification environments such as SILS/MILS/HILS/DILS Creation of verification environments such as SILS/MILS/HILS/DILS, CI/CD environment construction such as test automation, and implementation of system validation
    ・Test scenario creation for development and verification

    Development tools, etc.

    ・Major tools: Matlab, Simulink
    ・MBD tools: Rational, Rapsody, etc.
    ・Simulation environment: CarMaker, Carla, etc. ・Test scenario creation for development and verification Simulation environment: CarMaker, Carla, etc.
    ・Languages: C, C++, Java, Python, SysML, UML
    ・AI tools: Caffe, Chainer, TensorFlow, etc.
  • Requirements

    Experience in developing large-scale embedded software and development environment in AD/ADAS development
    (Examples below)
    - AD/ADAS in-vehicle applications
    - AD/ADAS system development environment construction
    - Robotics control algorithms (recognition algorithms necessary for autonomous driving, such as lanes and signs, Robotics control algorithms (recognition algorithms for autonomous driving such as lanes and signs, motion detection algorithms for people and objects using cameras, Lidar, etc.)
    ・Fundamental knowledge or practical experience in basic AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, etc.

    Experience in vehicle models and vehicle control simulation work using vehicle models
    - Experience in image recognition software development
    - Experience in using AI tools (Caffe, Chainer, TensorFlow, etc.)
    - Experience in using data analysis techniques such as statistical analysis and multivariate analysis
