Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Approval of monthly production plan and report to management
    - Evaluation of production performance and related tasks
    - Control of all costs incurred at the factory by category (including related internal processing and data management
    )
    - Control of goods, consumables and equipment used at the factory (forecast management, inventory evaluation, ordering and order application
    )
    - Labor management and personnel management of department staff
    Improvement of safety, quality and productivity (from drafting to implementation and evaluation of measures)
    ・Report to management on abnormalities and changes detected in the above operations
  • Requirements
    Experience in organizational management regardless of the size of the organization, such as store management or factory management.
    ・Experience in middle management (Bad News First and able to report appropriately as needed)
    ・Person with PC skills required for data analysis and data management (mainly Excel and Word).
