The company is seeking a Senior / Staff Power Cell Development Engineer to lead the development of next-generation power- The engineer will be responsible for executing material evaluations, formula development, process optimization, and cell-design. This role includes designing cell products to meet customer requirements, validating electrochemical and safety performance, and driving continuous improvement.
