This position is responsible for process improvement and management of deposition, photolithography, stripping, and cleaning processes.
Currently, orders and production are increasing, and process improvement such as equipment introduction and yield improvement are important.
This position will allow you to work on process improvement from a new perspective while utilizing your past semiconductor and manufacturing experience.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Process improvement and management of deposition processes (sputter deposition and vapor deposition deposition), photolithography processes, and stripping and cleaning processes.
    Reviewing the process of each process, proposing improvements, and improving yield
    ・Investigating and analyzing the causes of process abnormalities, complaints, etc.
    ・Proposing automation of each process, proposing, designing, and launching equipment
    ・Guiding and managing subordinates and staff
