As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of field engineers and technical specialists to support advanced semiconductor equipment and processes across the customer lifecycle. You will oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex electro‑mechanical, software, and system-level issues, ensuring high performance, reliability, and uptime in customer operations . In this role, you will drive etch process development and optimization for next‑generation logic technologies (2nm and beyond), supporting tool installations, qualification, and production ramp activities. You will collaborate closely with global engineering teams and customers, acting as a key technical liaison to identify challenges, implement solutions, and deliver continuous improvements in yield, productivity, and process performance, while developing talent and ensuring team readiness for evolving technologies.

Currently, orders and production are increasing, and process improvement such as equipment introduction and yield improvement are important.
This position will allow you to work on process improvement from a new perspective while utilizing your past semiconductor and manufacturing experience.
