Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and planning of alliance strategies in collaboration with business divisions
    ・Searching for global partners to realize business strategies
    ・Promotion of projects as an internal advisor (development of investment and divestiture plans, negotiations with internal and external parties, etc.) and project management
    ・Decision-making support for management
    ・Analysis of industry and competitive trends and input to management and the company ・Planning and promotion of special assignments for other company-wide issues Planning and promotion of special assignments for other company-wide issues.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in M&A strategy development and M&A practice at a business company, financial institution, consulting firm, or financial advisory service (FAS).
    ・Experience in M&A strategy development at a consulting firm.
  • Preferred
    English proficiency (approximate: TOEIC600 points or higher)
