In line with the expansion of the "Logistics DX System Business" (approximately 100 employees), you will work on a wide range of management issues together with the president and management team.
You will be involved not only in the planning of management strategies, but also in projects on a wide range of themes such as M&A and business support. This is an important position to support the growth of a startup that supports logistics in Japan by being involved in key situations that determine management policy.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Support for the formulation of management policies and business strategies.
    ・Budgeting and performance analysis. Support for management decision making based on numerical data, and proposal of improvement measures based on issues.
    ・Operation of management meetings and board of directors meetings.
    ・Overall M&A related operations. Sourcing, DD, and execution support to maximize business synergies.
    ・Planning and execution support to address other important management issues.
  • Requirements
    Experience leading business management and corporate planning operations for a business enterprise (3+ years)
    ・Experience leading management accounting and FP&A operations (budget preparation and review, forecasting, etc.) (5+ years)
  • Preferred
    -Experience in IPO preparation
    -Experience in financial modeling and operations
    -Experience in M&A practices

    -Ability to be proactive in solving problems
    -Willing to take on challenges in a start-up company where there are many changes
