Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Developing new business in the enterprise market
    ・Understanding customer issues and decision-making processes, leading internal and external stakeholders as an account manager to promote sales activities from proposal to usage expansion
    ・Product feature requests based on customer feedback
    ・Long-term relationship with customers *Senior position ・Accompanying acquisition team members to gather information on specific industries and individual company characteristics, make proposals for introduction and initial onboarding, and expand usage after introduction Build long-term relationships with customers

    ・Typing and knowledge of proposal methods: Reproduce proposal methods to customers Knowledge: Create knowledge of customer proposal methods that can be reproduced, and create sales tools, manuals, and other forms.
  • Requirements
    At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales
    ・Ability to understand customer issues and make proposals to them

    ・Communication skills and relationship-building skills to draw out the apparent issues and needs of customers
