The quality engineering team is recruiting for a variety of roles!

The Quality Engineering team plays a critical role in ensuring the design, development, production, and delivery of automotive components meet quality standards. Their role spans internal laboratory testing, new product introduction, supplier management, and customer interfacing. The position supports compliance with international quality and safety standards (e.g., IATF16949, ISO14001), and is a key member of the QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) team, proactively managing risks, validating process changes, and improving quality control systems across the lifecycle of the product.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Responsibilities across roles:.

    -Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards (TS16949/IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO17025, etc.).
    -Conduct product testing, analyze data, and generate quality reports.
    -Oversee internal audits and assist with design and process validation (DFMEA, PFMEA, DV/PV).
    -Work across teams to coordinate design and supplier needs.
    -Document and monitor quality processes and developments.
    -Manage and communicate new changes and developments across the project effectively.
    -Facilitate training, continuous improvement (CIP), and long-term development of quality practices.

    Role 1: Quality Lab and Assurance Leader:
    -Manage the Quality Lab and Warranty Analysis Group operations.
    -Conduct and evaluate detailed lab tests; create well communicated test reports.
    -Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
    -Develop and enforce lab procedures and safety protocols.
    -Manage lab budgets and initiate staff safety protocols. Manage lab budgets and initiate staff training programs.
    -Track lab test requests and ensure timely report completion.

    Role 2: Quality Engineer - Interior Switch Product Development
    -Focus on interior switch component quality across the product lifecycle.
    -Conduct product

  • Requirements
    Requirements across positions:
    -Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or related field.
    -3 years or more of experience with quality assurance or

    -Knowledge of ISO170245 or experience managing lab operations, testing, and calibration.

    -Experience in failure analysis and evaluation of parts and materials.

    -Experience in the automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 industry.
