Development of construction methods and equipment related to the assembly process of electronic products (ECUs) and preparation for production of mass-production processes

The company boasts the No. 1 market share in Japan in the automotive components industry in the areas of thermal systems, mobility systems, powertrain systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems.
The company is currently focusing on four areas: electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-automated systems (FA/agriculture).

As vehicles become more electrified, the platforms of onboard ECUs are also undergoing major changes, and the development of next-generation ECUs is expanding and accelerating.
In line with this trend, our department is responsible for production technology for global production of high-quality and high-efficiency ECUs.
Involved in the cutting-edge manufacturing of ECUs, while building our own production line, we improve our production technology skills, and improve our interpersonal negotiation skills by working with various departments including sales, planning, technology, and product maintenance.
In addition, we also work with overseas bases as a mother factory, As a mother factory, you will also be able to grow as a global human resource while collaborating with overseas bases. If desired, overseas business trips and secondments are possible.

In this position, you will be responsible for process design and promotion of automation.
