It focuses on converting real-world signals like sound, temperature, and power into digital data, and its components are widely used in everything from vehicles and factory systems to everyday electronic devices.
At the mass production factory for analog semiconductor devices, you will be responsible for everything from introducing manufacturing equipment to maintenance and developing technologies to improve productivity.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Equipment Introduction and Maintenance: Manage specification selection, delivery planning, and startup for new manufacturing equipment (exposure, etching, film formation, ion implantation, epitaxial, thermal diffusion, cleaning, TEST PROBE, various measuring instruments, autonomous transport robots (AMR), collaborative robots (Cobot)).
Maximizing Utilization Rate and Maintenance: Formulating preventive maintenance plans for equipment, identifying causes of sudden troubles, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence (planning and executing change plans).
Improving productivity and yield: Hardware and software modifications in collaboration with equipment manufacturers, development of elemental technologies aimed at improving processing capacity (throughput) and reducing defect rates. Feedback on processes and quality assurance. Cost reduction.
Promotion of DX and automation: Utilizing AI and data analytics to monitor and analyze internal equipment data and external sensors, building analysis systems and advancing smart factory operations.

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
or higher in science and engineering, practical experience
at a mechanical company, Japanese communication skills to communicate with stakeholders

- Preferred
- Practical experience in either maintenance, startup, or production technology of semiconductor manufacturing equipment or precision machinery/large-scale automation equipment (at least 3 years) Business-level
English proficiency (able to negotiate specifications with overseas equipment manufacturers and engineers)
