Promote the implementation of various grants (national, local government, foundations, etc.) from application, operation, and reporting.
・While monitoring the operational results of various subsidies (from the national government, local governments, foundations, etc.), resolve accompanying issues (e.g., business improvement, system design, etc.) in cooperation with related departments.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- -Overall design of grant application (organizing objectives, structure, division from existing grants, budget and schedule)
・Project planning and execution management after adoption (WBS creation, KPI management, etc.)
・Information gathering and progress monitoring in collaboration with various departments (engineering, manufacturing, sales, etc.)
・Preparing reports (interim and final), data collection and organization
Leading inspection responses, completing paperwork and submissions in collaboration with the Administration Department
・Preparing materials for reporting results and presentations related to the grant project
・Knowledge management of past applications and reporting materials and establishment of a system for their re-utilization

- Requirements
- -Working experience (3+ years) in a manufacturing or start-up company related to applying for and reporting on grants/funding from government, municipalities, foundations, etc.
-Working experience in project management (in a PM or PMO capacity, including managing numbers)
-Experience in storytelling and document structure design (e.g., report and proposal preparation, etc.)

- -Experience in procurement and purchasing in the manufacturing industry, experience in inventory control and process development

-Experience in preparing reports and running meetings in English (English support is subsidized. However, in-house support is available.)
Knowledge of accounting, legal, intellectual property, etc.
