Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead the implementation and oversight of the Plant Quality System in alignment with customer, corporate, and regulatory requirements
    Define plant quality objectives, monitor performance, and report results while maintaining all required documentation

    Represent customer expectations internally and Collaborate with Purchasing on supplier quality initiatives
    Hold authority to stop manufacturing or delivery processes when quality is not guaranteed
  • Requirements
    Bachelors degree
    Native level Japanese and Business level English skills (TOEIC 600+)
    Minimum of 5 years experience in quality related work
    Experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally automotive
