- Responsibilities
- ・Lead corporate-wide marketing activities for the entire Nicole Group as well as marketing initiatives for each represented brand, particularly at the retail level for BMW, MINI, Ferrari, and Rolls‑Royce
・Define and execute annual strategies, quarterly plans, and monthly operations (ATL/BTL activities, budgeting, ROI management, and forecasting)
・Lead content creation and system implementation with a strong focus on digital and social media strategies
・Collaborate with OEM brand managers and internal stakeholders to ensure execution of guidelines aimed at achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets
・Support lead generation and customer retention by ensuring the accuracy and effective utilization of CRM data
Implement successful best practices from the parent company, Penske Automotive Group
・Define and operate internal and external communication guidelines
・Select and manage external vendors (including advertising agencies)
・Serve as the Group PR lead, managing external communications across both digital and traditional media channels
・Work closely with HR to strengthen Nicole Group branding and promote internal communication (internal SNS platforms, recruitment websites, intranet, etc.)

- Requirements
- ・More than 5 years of hands-on experience in the marketing and/or PR field
(Experience in the automotive industry is required; experience with either an operating company or an agency is acceptable)
・Candidates with experience in the premium automotive (retail) industry are preferred; a passion for luxury automobiles and brand storytelling is essential
・Experience leading brand strategy, developing integrated campaigns, and executing them across multiple channels to generate results
・An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions, optimize ROI, and develop strategies
・Experience in planning promotional activities, executing cross-channel initiatives, and analyzing effectiveness
・Experience leading teams, collaborating across departments, and engaging externally with OEMs, partners, and media
・Experience managing advertising agencies, vendors, and external partners on a project and/or budget basis
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of marketing and/or PR (especially experience in the automotive industry is required). Both operating companies and distributors are acceptable)
・Those with experience in the premium automobile (retail) industry are preferred. Passion for luxury cars and brand storytelling is essential
・Leadership of brand strategy, development of integrated campaigns, experience in execution and result creation

- Proven experience leading brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and delivering measurable marketing results at the retail level.
