- Defining and executing the yearly marketing strategy, quarterly planning, and monthly operational marketing activities-including ATL/BTL campaigns, accurate budgeting, ROI tracking, and forecasting
- Creating content & system implementation with centered on digital and social media strategies
- Leading collaboration with premium and luxury OEMs and internal brand managers to ensure proper execution of marketing guidelines and to achieve sales , profit, and KPI targets across all business areas
- Ensuring CRM data accuracy and usage, enabling increased customer retention, lead generation, and conquest activities
- Aligning and implementing global best practices from the parent company, leading worldwide premium dealer group
- Defining internal and external communication guidelines, generating and coordinating content, and introducing relevant platforms and channels
- Managing vendor relationships and outsourcing levels, including the selection and oversight of external marketing agencies
- In addition to these core responsibilities, you will serve as the company's PR lead and corporate spokesperson, managing all external communications and media across digital and traditional platforms

    Oversee marketing materials development and execution across advertising, social media, CRM, and digital platforms.

  • Requirements
    - Prior exposure to the premium automotive (retail) sector is strongly preferred; passion for high-end mobility and brand storytelling is essential
    - Demonstrated ability to lead brand strategy, develop integrated campaigns, and deliver measurable results across diverse marketing channels (focus retail level)
    - Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to leverage data for decision-making, ROI optimization, and strategic planning
    - Experience with sales promotion planning, cross-channel campaign implementation, and post-campaign reporting
    - Rather than classic marketing, we value online fluency, digital creativity, and platform-based performance expertise
    - Skilled in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and external stakeholder communication, including media, OEMs, and partners
    - Experienced in selecting and managing agencies, vendors, and marketing partners across projects and budgets

    - Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and presentations
