As the general manager of the Planning and Management Department of Design Marketing, you will lead customer-oriented business activities.
In further promoting the transformation from the traditional vertical organization (department/section system) to an integrated organization (office, etc.), this position is responsible for planning and promoting the organizational reform, and it is a position that will be the head of the organization (equivalent to the general manager) of the new system introduction.

    Responsible for leading the execution of the DM Division's mission through the implementation of transformations in the areas of people, processes, and technology.

    Specific Tasks: Transformation Leadership / Decision-Making Process / Resource Management / Organizational Capability Enhancement / Data Reporting / Operational Excellence / CMO Office Functions, etc.

    ■Cross-functional Project PMO
    We support the active participation of the DM Division in the cross-border projects necessary for the company-wide transformation of Connect beyond organizational barriers and role definitions (various ways of involvement, such as member assignment, budget negotiations, and PJ progress management). Practice of Connecting and Connecting / Actively Developing

    Transformation Projects Examples: Connected Culture Reform Measures, Business Improvement Projects for Management, Connect Sustainability Reports, etc.
  • Requirements
    ・Leadership experience
    in the BtoB marketing field at a global company, cross-functional project planning and execution, leadership experience
