We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
You will be in charge of product development (especially planning and development of SoC and its peripheral components (memory/PMIC/communication IC)) using advanced semiconductor technology.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Planning and development of SoCs and peripheral components & communication ICs
-Promoting standardization of peripheral components using advanced semiconductor technology
-Development of components to enhance competitiveness of ECU products
-Responding to the advancement of in-vehicle computers
-Planning, specification and evaluation of increasingly complex and large-scale in-vehicle SoCs
-Development of in-vehicle SoCs to be used as next-generation electronic platforms Development of SoC for in-vehicle
- Development of SDV (Software Defined Vehicle)
- Planning and development of in-vehicle systems with advanced computing performance including AI
- Development of system requirements connecting hardware and software considering functional safety design of vehicles

- Requirements
- Experience in (any of) the following tasks (approx. 3 years or more)
- Experience related to SoC design/development
- Product design or elemental technology development related to memory and power supply IC (PMIC)
- Product design or elemental technology development related to data communication
- Experience in hardware design/development for electronic device products
- Experience in software design/development for electronic device products Experience in software design/development of electronic products

- Preferred
- -Experience as project leader/project manager for large scale system development
-Experience in product development at semiconductor vendors
-Experience in IC design
-Experience in SoC requirement definition
-Experience in Chiplet related technologies
-Experience in functional safety design of automotive systems and products, consulting experience
-Experience in microcontroller/microprocessor or peripheral components planning, development, design, and elemental technologies (test technologies, package technologies, etc.)
