Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Bring in and activate existing dealer accounts, converting them into active customers
    with the company.
    Acquire and develop new customers to drive the expansion of the company's presence in international markets.
    Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and
    repeat business.
    Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets, taking ownership of revenue generation in
    assigned markets.
    Travel overseas when required to meet, maintain, and develop client relationships
    (frequency based on account needs).
    Manage the end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with HQ: customer acquisition,
    quotations, negotiations, closing, logistics, export arrangements, and after-sales support. arrangements, and after-sales support.
    Source vehicles from Japanese auctions aligned with client
    requirements-independently or with a support team-keeping accounts active and
    resolving concerns promptly.
    Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to improve company sourcing.

  • Requirements
    Proven track record in B2B international vehicle sales, with an existing portfolio of
    dealer/importer accounts that can be activated immediately.
    Familiarity with Japanese vehicle auctions, sourcing platforms, and export
    processes.
    Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term
    customer relationships.
    Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and consistently deliver
    against sales targets.
    Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced international trading
    environment.
    Willingness to travel regionally for market development and customer engagement.
    Excellent communication skills in English (Japanese language ability is a plus, but not
    mandatory).
    Fluency in English is strongly preferred; however, candidates with strong overseas
    accounts but limited English fluency may still be considered, with HQ providing support.
