You will lead the implementation of HR policies, services, projects, and processes at the plant/site to develop employees and help the organization achieve its business goals. You will develop internal communication policies and ensure HSE management at the plant/site.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    HR Department Strategy and Planning
    HR strategy development and project development/execution taking into account the requirements
    Define initiatives to help resolve site-specific issues
    ■ Recruitment Lead the recruitment process
    ■ Organizational design - Facilitate organizational efficiency improvements (SoC, manager ratios)
    - Propose organizational reorganization/alignment required for business needs, talent management / employees
    ■ Engagement
    - Lead the talent review process. Specific development initiatives/concepts formulated and initiated.
    Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results and action plans.
    Team building and culture promotion activities, fostering a positive atmosphere.
    ■ Total Rewards
    - Coordinate the payroll process with GBS or an outside provider.
    Prepare and manage/monitor compensation budget.
    Apply global and regional salary review processes.
    -Employee evaluation development, HRIS/HR reports
    -Operate HRIS data at the site level to ensure accuracy.
    Maintain KPI reports and establish action plans to achieve goals.
    ■International transfers
    ・Coordinate international transfers at the site level.
    ■ Build relationships with unions
    ■ Human capital management
    - Manage employee engagement
    - Develop human capital and provide appropriate training opportunities by encouraging professional development through ongoing coaching, feedback, mentoring, and performance management.
    Ensure internal communication is deployed to the team.
    Ensure an appropriate working environment for the team.
  • Requirements
    Able to communicate proactively and build trusting relationships
    ・Able to accept diverse human resources and values and put them into action
    ・Able to set issues on their own and act autonomously to solve them.
  • Preferred
    ・Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 600 or above) is desirable.
