In the global human resources system (Workday), you will be in charge of the operation work at the Japanese headquarters and promote stable operation and in-house operation. In addition to realizing optimal operation based on Japan's unique business and operational requirements, we aim to establish an in-house led operation system.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Data maintenance (including handling of large amounts of data) related to Workday's operations
    for the Japanese headquarters, organizational and employee information, and related error investigation and response
    , operation of data linkage with payroll systems, and related error investigation and response
    , and response to inquiries from end users and HR (including technical cause investigations)
    ・Bridging
    HR business requirements and appropriately reflecting them in Workday ・Visualization
    , standardization, and efficiency of various tools (Macro, ETL tools) used for operation and operation (promotion of in-house production)
    ・Operational collaboration with IT departments/external partners, etc., issue organization, and improvement coordination
    ・Summary of requirements for system renovation and function addition, impact analysis, and release support
  • Requirements
    ・Implementation of the Workday system, experience
    in technical operations, and understanding
    of operations and processes in the HR domain *Although practical experience as an HR employee is not required, understanding of the tasks, scope of influence, and scope of HRIS as an HRIS manager is important for building relationships and communicating with HR-related parties.
    ・Language skills: English business level (about TOEIC600 degree), Japanese native level

    in integrating Workday with other systems - Experience as a consultant in this field
