You will be responsible for various tasks related to the migration of the new HCM system, the establishment of the post-migration management system, and the utilization of the system.
We will cooperate not only in Japan but also with all global bases.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- -HCM system migration project
-Work with vendors, regional teams, and HRBPs to execute tasks such as design, testing, and change management
-Develop and execute a roadmap for stable operation of the system and each enhancement after migration is complete
-From a digital HR perspective (AI, People Analytics Study and deploy solutions to address various business challenges (including AI, People Analytics)
-Implement system design and process improvements

- Requirements
- -Knowledge of business processes in HR from recruitment to retirement (Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.), data structures, and experience implementing best practice solutions
-Knowledge and experience implementing HCM systems/platforms - Design, configure, test and perform any of the following functions Experience leading problem resolution in one of the following functional areas (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, or Security)
- Experience in application management, post-operational support, or HRIS operational support
- Business level English proficiency *both speaking and writing at a business level or above, and the ability to conduct meetings in English without problems.

- Preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Workday HCM implementation and operations - At least three HCM implementation cycles (design through operations)
- Workday certifications in one of the following product areas: Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Recruiting Learning, Core or Advanced Compensation, and/or Security Administration
