You will be responsible for the migration of the new HCM system, the establishment of the management system after the migration, and various tasks related to the utilization of the system.
You will work not only in Japan but also with all global offices.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -HCM system migration project
    -Work with vendors, regional teams, and HRBPs to execute tasks such as design, testing, and change management
    -Develop and execute a roadmap for stable operation of the system and each enhancement after migration is complete
    -From a digital HR perspective (AI, People Analytics Study and deploy solutions to address various business challenges (including AI, People Analytics)
    -Implement system design and process improvements
  • Requirements
    -Knowledge of business processes in HR from recruitment to retirement (Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.), data structures, and experience implementing best practice solutions
    -Knowledge and experience implementing HCM systems/platforms - Design, configure, test and perform any of the following functions Experience leading problem resolution in one of the following functional areas (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, or Security)
    - Experience in application management, post-operational support, or HRIS operational support
    - Business level English proficiency *both speaking and writing at a business level or above, and the ability to conduct meetings in English without problems.
  • Preferred
    Knowledge and experience with Workday HCM implementation and operations - At least three HCM implementation cycles (design through operations)
    - Workday certifications in one of the following product areas: Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Recruiting Learning, Core or Advanced Compensation, and/or Security Administration
