Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Manage and coordinate customer requirements and expectations with the thermal management development team.
    Define system architecture in collaboration with system architects, leveraging existing solution blocks. Define system architecture in collaboration with system architects, leveraging existing solution blocks.
    Ensure compliance with systems engineering quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    Support system commissioning and integration into vehicles.
    Take full technical ownership of system components
    Take full technical ownership of system components from planning to delivery. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across technical stakeholders.
  • Requirements
    Degree in engineering, thermodynamics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
    Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in automotive thermal management (coolant and/or refrigerant systems).
    Strong knowledge of thermal management principles, thermodynamics, and related system components (e.g., valves, pumps, refrigerant circuit parts).
    Business-level English (written and spoken).
    Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical content to various stakeholders.
    Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and results-oriented approach.
  • Preferred
    Experience with MS Visio and CFD tools.
    Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink or Modelica.
    Basic knowledge of BLDC motors.
    Experience in conflict management, leadership, or cross-functional team coordination.
