Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Perform system integration testing of radar systems based on customer specifications and system architecture.
    Test software releases at the system level, identifying mismatches between specifications and actual behavior.
    Document test results and prepare detailed system test reports.
    Conduct vehicle integration tests, including test drives on proving grounds and public roads, to evaluate radar system performance.
    Record system behavior and reference data, analyze test results, and adjust system parameters for performance optimization.
    Re-test adjusted parameters using system bench setups (HIL/SIL) and validate improvements in vehicles.
    Maintain accurate documentation using professional configuration management tools.
    Collaborate within globally distributed project teams and provide customer-facing technical support.
    Report testing progress, issues, and results to customers and project managers.
  • Requirements
    Business-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
    Strong communication and moderation skills.
    Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
    Proficiency with Vector CANoe or similar tools.
    Solid Microsoft Office skills.
  • Preferred
    Several years of experience in the automotive industry.
    Hands-on experience with system bench and vehicle testing.
    Valid driver's license for vehicle test activities.
