You will be responsible for the appropriate allocation of IT resources with the business and finance departments for the execution of various digital initiatives, and together you will promote both strategic resource allocation for the future and further solidification of the existing business.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    In addition, the company will also be responsible for the following: ・Identification of the current status and optimal allocation methods for optimal IT budget allocation, and alignment with related departments
    ・Gathering information on leading cases in North America and various alignment
    ・Management and support of each member's implementation of measures
    *Communication in English will be required to promote planning with IT departments and business and finance departments in Japan and the U.S.
  • Requirements
    Experience in budget management and investment allocation
    ・Experience in strategic planning and promoting cross-functional coordination
    ・Experience in leading teams and projects
    ・English proficiency (approx. 700 TOEIC score)
  • Preferred
    -Experience in planning IT budgets and system investments
    -Experience in working with IT departments and system development
    -Experience in planning measures based on data analysis
