A systems integrator and software company with offices in Silicon Valley and Dallas, Texas, and is a member of the Tokyo Stock Exchange group of companies. For over 10 years, we have supported OEM and tier-one companies in the telecommunications and automotive industries in North America.
The candidate will be responsible for all general administrative operations of the company, general hiring, and general labor management of the company and some of its group companies.

- Responsibilities
- Depending on your experience, you will be assigned one of the following tasks.
1. General Affairs
You will be responsible for all general affairs operations of our own company.
You will be responsible for managing company assets and employee benefits, as well as
smoothly running and operating facilities and office environments.

● Expanding, relocating, opening offices, and contract renewals ●
Maintaining internal infrastructure environment
● Arranging equipment (PCs, consumables, etc.)
● Arranging
company housing and office relocations ● Planning and managing
company events ● Management and operation
of recreation facilities ● Establishing internal regulations, etc.
2. Labor Management
: You will be responsible for overall labor management at both your own company and some group companies.
You will be assigned not to all tasks, but to focus on areas where you can leverage your strengths.

● Payroll calculation
● Training for young employees
● Health management, handling of employees on leave, etc.
3. Recruitment
You will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting new graduates and mid-career hires.
We welcome those with prior interview experience in HR, experience as RAs or CAs in recruitment recruitment,
experience in selecting recruitment media, recruitment, and operations, or new graduate recruitment
experience as immediate assets.

- Requirements
- General Affairs: Over 3 years of general affairs experience
; Labor: Over 2 years
of labor experience; Recruitment: Over 2 years of mid-career recruitment work experience (not only recruitment at business companies, but also those with sales experience in recruitment agents, job media, or direct recruiting are welcome)
