Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Management of production core systems and Industry 4.0 related network devices and servers
    IT infrastructure construction for introduction of new IT solutions and launch of new lines
    IT project promotion with overseas offices and DX promotion departments
    Introduction and maintenance of IT security
    Trouble-shooting and improvement support for manufacturing related IT systems Improvement support
  • Requirements
    -3+ years of IT engineering experience.　(Experience working in a plant or manufacturing area is a plus.)
    - Familiarity with operating and maintaining network infrastructure.
    ▪ Knowledgeable in cyber security.
    Knowledge and experience in Windows server operation and maintenance.
    Basic knowledge of databases (MS SQL, Oracle). (Experience is a plus)
    ・Native level of Japanese conversation and communication.
    Intermediate Level (TOEIC 600 points or equivalent)
  • Preferred
    Knowledge of FA communications is a plus.
    Programming skills in Python, C++, C#, MS VBA, etc. are a plus.
    Project management skills.

Promote IoT/DX solution development for battery recycling ecosystem

In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and non-in-vehicle business (FA/agriculture)], and in particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting demonstration experiments on public roads for Lv4 autonomous driving, and are working towards the future of safe and secure mobility systems.

You will play an active role in realizing a "battery recycling society" that allows you to "reuse" vehicle batteries that have reached the end of their lifespan as cars, "reuse" as energy management in the city, and "recycle" rare metals.

In order to realize a battery-recycling society, you will be active in the position of project leader or sub-leader of commercial IT system development to determine the value of automotive batteries that are nearing the end of their lifespan for the purpose of building an ecosystem and commercializing battery reuse/recycling services.
