This role is to maximize the customer experience in after-sales service and lead the construction of new operations based on the global D2C model. You will build an efficient and customer-oriented after-sales infrastructure through data utilization, system integration, and partner collaboration, without being bound by the conventional dealer-dependent structure.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ◆After-sales service planning and operation
    Planning and execution of overall customer contact operations, including inspection, repair and warranty services
    ◆Data utilization operation design
    Promoting optimization of repair parts inventory, maintenance schedule and connected services by utilizing vehicle driving data and user usage data
    ◆Parts procurement and logistics Network building
    Collaborate with domestic and overseas suppliers and logistics partners to establish efficient and stable parts supply system
    ◆System integration and business infrastructure building
    Design integration with internal systems and external partner systems, and promote design and construction of overall business operations (DX)
    ◆Profit management and improvement measures planning
    After-sales service Monitor business KPI in sales area and lead measures to improve revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Requirements
    Experience in building after-sales operations for automotive or industrial machinery, construction equipment, consumer electronics, large equipment, etc.
    - Experience in planning and implementing mobility-related or similar durable goods products (including data utilization)
    - Knowledge and working experience in improving customer satisfaction (CS) and customer experience (UX)
    In-depth understanding and working experience of after-sales systems and processes
    ・Working experience in the aftermarket business
    (Experience in multiple areas of specification management, parts procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, transportation management, quality management, revenue management, and system development is welcome)
  • Preferred
    Experience in planning, building, and operating after-sales operations based on the D2C model
    ・Experience in negotiating contracts with partners, designing operations, and launching new operations
    ・Experience in launching an after-sales operation at an emerging automaker
    ・Experience stationed in an overseas subsidiary for after-sales operations
    ・Experience in vehicle Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance operations

    ・Ability to design customer experience and efficiency improvements based on numbers and data
