Job Description

- Responsibilities
- - Lead new business pursuits for innovative safety and user experience products.
- Act as the primary interface between the customer and internal engineering teams-representing both sides effectively.
- Analyze customer specifications and drive concept selection for product offerings.
- Develop high-level project timelines aligned with customer milestones.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering on assembly processes and build plans.
- Prepare engineering resource and cost estimates for new business opportunities.
- Facilitate technical design reviews and lead engineering quote processes.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support business case development and assist sales teams during quote creation.
- Contribute to product strategy, architecture planning, and roadmap development.

- Requirements
- - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related); Master's preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years in automotive product development, business development, program management, or customer engineering interface roles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex quoting and development processes.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, product architecture, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and resource estimation.
- Ability to manage risk, analyze technical requirements, and drive alignment across global teams.
