Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    The candidate will be responsible for the overall understanding of the system functions for which he/she is responsible, from planning to design and implementation (end-to-end). Specifically, you will understand the related system configuration (subsystem context) and external linkage specifications, and define functional use cases based on product requirements.
    The system architect will collaborate with the system architect to define system design policies and goals for functions and subsystems, and design and document the system architecture, including structural decomposition of functions, interfaces (internal and external), static and dynamic behavior, etc. The system architect will also be responsible for the design and documentation of the system architecture.
    We are always aware of the state of non-optimal system architecture and inefficiencies in business processes, and proactively propose and implement measures for continuous improvement. Flexibly adjusting the way of proceeding according to the project status is also an important part of this role.
    The role of the architect is to evaluate multiple architecture alternatives in detail from a technical point of view and select the best solution. The process and reasons for the decision are also clearly documented.
    The role of the architect is to contribute to the development of safe and secure products by ensuring that the various requirements presented by functional safety and security personnel are reflected in the design of the functions and subsystem architectures for which he or she is in charge.
    The project is executed in close collaboration with experts in related technical fields and members of other departments to ensure consistency in design content and to facilitate smooth project implementation.
    We support various analysis and evaluation activities required for functional development, including failure analysis methods (FAM, FMEA, etc.).
  • Requirements
    ∙ Core and practical experience in systems engineering or related application areas.
    Extensive work experience as MBSE/Systems Architect (team lead level).
    Advanced skills (lead experience) in system function development and elemental decomposition.
    Practical experience with V&V strategies for products.
    Requirements engineering or related application experience.
    Deep understanding of feature-based functional safety and system security.
    Expertise in various development and design tools (SysML/Enterprise Architect, DOORS Classic and DNG).
    Knowledge of project planning and management, and leadership in a cross-functional/global environment.
    Decision-making and analytical thinking skills.
    Business level English proficiency.
