As a core member executing cybersecurity strategies, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from planning and formulation to operation alongside your supervisor.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Establishment of internal rules related to cybersecurity, planning and
    hosting of in-house training ・Governance
    and coordination of activities across the three security axes (Information IT Security, Product Security, Manufacturing System Security) (Information IT Security: Information IT System Innovation C, Product Security: R&D Planning C, Manufacturing System Security: Operations Headquarters Production Strategy & Technology C are active)
    ・Problem-solving activities during incidents (support and coordination with each department, etc
    .) ・Activities with related industry organizations (such as J-AUTO ISAC).
    ・Support
    for data collection, analysis, and document preparation to strengthen security governance ・Practical operation of security evaluation processes for new technology introduction and improvement proposals
  • Requirements
    ・Coordination skills
    to smoothly advance projects ・General knowledge of software development, basic understanding
    of security testing and quality control ・Basic knowledge of cybersecurity
  • Preferred
    ・Experience in software development work.
    ・Experience in cybersecurity-related work.
    ・English proficiency sufficient for daily work (self-improvement after assignment is required)
    ・In-house process design skills (if willing to learn)
    ・Hold official qualifications such as CISSP or Information Processing Security Support Specialist (if motivated, obtain them after transfer)
