We are developing sustainable mobility services that reduce environmental impact and include solutions to urban transportation issues as well as rural transportation issues.

While leading team members, you will be responsible for sales planning responsibilities, such as developing new external operation partners around the country who are responsible for vehicle battery replacement, which is the foundation of the service operation, and collaborating with external partners to promote new technologies for operations in battery charging and other areas.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Management of team members
    ・New development of operation partners
    ・Launch of services in new cities
    ・Design of operations, construction of on-site systems, and improvement of on-site efficiency using data from the Kanto area centered on Tokyo and the Kansai area centered on Osaka
    ・Procurement and maintenance of work mobility (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc.) required for operations, as well as Procurement and maintenance of mobility vehicles (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc.) required for operations, and improvement of operational efficiency
  • Requirements
    Experience in managing team members *Any employment status or position is acceptable.
    Experience in collaboration with external parties, project promotion, external negotiation, or sales experience as an agent, etc.
    ・Have a regular driver's license and be able to smoothly drive a vehicle within that license.
  • Preferred
    Experience in designing, analyzing, and implementing operations using data
    ・Experience in business operations consulting
    *Experience in designing operations from scratch for startups, new projects, etc. is a plus
    ・High ability to read and understand data and numbers
