You will support the coordination and management of the regional offices in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, Europe, and the Americas. You will assist the Head of International Sales in ensuring the smooth operation of regional governance structures such as Sales Boards, Customer Service Boards, and Product Boards.
This Executive Assistant role is dedicated to supporting the coordination and management of the Regional Offices (Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa, Europe, Americas). - Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the structure, communication and documentation of the Sales Board, Customer Service Board and Product Board for all regional offices.
Manage board documents, KPIs, etc.
-Prepare and organize market information, briefing materials, and other relevant documents
-Travel arrangements and itinerary management for department heads
-Plan and support execution of visits, workshops, and events in each region
-Support the promotion of communication and collaboration between the headquarters and the regional offices

- Requirements
- Experience in sales, after-sales, or related business support role (approx. 3+ years)
- Ability to manage multi-tasking
- Strong organizational and time management skills in an international environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative
- Language skills (English: business to native level, Japanese: daily conversational level, other language skills a plus) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

A bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master's degree a plus.
