Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Promote activities to improve competitiveness (issue identification, negotiation strategy planning, price negotiation, etc.)
    ・Gather and analyze information on component industry trends and manufacturer trends (management strategy, business policy, technological innovation, sales strategy, etc.)
    ・Develop negotiation strategy (formulate order selection policy, develop negotiation story, etc.)
    ・Source new manufacturers (global) and proposals to relevant internal departments (design, QA, manufacturing)
    ・Promotion of sourcing activities (price determination and negotiation of terms and conditions, establishment of optimal contract scheme)
    ・Promotion of activities to improve competitiveness (identification of ideal prices and issues, formulation of negotiation levers, implementation of price negotiations, promotion of introduction of VE proposals)
  • Requirements
    ■ Responsibilities
    ・Experience in any of the following with knowledge of semiconductors, electrical components, mechanical components, etc.
    Examples: Experience in sales and SE at a trading company (general trading company, specialized trading company), experience in sales, sales engineering and development at a manufacturer, experience in procurement contracts at an OEM
    ・Ability to read and write at a good level (Reference: TOEIC 600 points)
    ■ Responsibilities
    ・Experience in organizational management as an organization head, or equivalent experience in training junior staff and subordinates
