You will oversee all purchasing activities in your assigned business area, including electronic components, semiconductors, and mechanical components, promote collaboration with each department, and promote cost reduction, productivity improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

- Responsibilities
- ■ Procurement and Supplier Management (40%)
・Lead procurement strategies
for electronic components, semiconductors, and mechanical parts in your assigned business areas; select suppliers, negotiate prices and contracts, support contract conclusions, and manage supplier performance, achieving targets such as
cost, quality, and delivery time. ・Manage relationships with global suppliers and strengthen strategic partnerships to ensure
stable supply of production materials ■ Strategy formulation and supply risk management (40%)
・Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks such as component shortages, end-of-production (EOL) risks, supplier capacity shortages, and geopolitical risks to ensure
stable supply ・Continuously monitor market trends, lead times, supplier supply capacity, and parts supply status to support
forward-looking procurement decisions and material planning ・Promote
activities such as cost reduction, productivity improvement, inventory optimization, and business process improvement ・Collaborate with internal global related departments to align procurement strategies, solve supply issues, promote category management, and develop strategic suppliers
■ Leadership and team development (20%)
- Lead decisions regarding recruitment, training, evaluation,
development, and procurement of subordinates, and manage team priorities to align with business goals

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain management (approximately 10 years or more)
・Experience in supplier negotiations and procurement risk management
・Experience in dealing with and coordinating with global suppliers
・Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent
・Business-level English proficiency
(Skills and Knowledge)
・Expertise in procurement and sourcing of electronic components, semiconductors, mechanical parts, etc.
・Skills in supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract negotiation
・Ability to manage supplier performance and build relationships
・Ability to manage procurement risks such as component shortages, end-of-life (EOL) products, and insufficient supply capacity
・Problem-solving skills to drive cost reduction and operational improvements
・Communication and coordination skills to engage internal and external stakeholders

in aerospace, defense, IFE, and avionics industries ・Procurement experience
at automotive and industrial equipment manufacturers ・Global procurement and category management
experience ・MBA
holder ・Relevant qualifications
such as CPSM and Six Sigma ・Experience using
SAP or Oracle ・Knowledge and practical experience in category management
・Knowledge
