Through these services, we aim to contribute to improving the safety and operational efficiency of companies that use vehicles.
You will lead the Customer Success Department, the next generation AI driver recordings service to support the reduction of traffic accidents. You will effectively and efficiently follow up on both the system and human resources to ensure that corporate customers are able to use this service to produce accident reduction results.

- Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute successful customer experiences
- Create KPIs for customer utilization and develop measures to increase frequency of use
- Manage task progress/manage team members
- Account management for major customers

- Requirements
- -Experience in corporate sales or customer success
-Design, build, and execute successful customer experiences in web services
-Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative user information and develop strategies

- Preferred
- Experience in onboarding within customer success
・Project management experience
・Work experience in both startups (including mega-ventures) and large companies
・Sales experience in the human resources industry
