Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Outfitting design of the entire aircraft based on the design information of each subsystem (equipment placement, wiring and piping, accessibility, center of gravity balance, etc.),
    interface adjustment
    with each component designer, design optimization
    through cooperation with manufacturing and assembly sites, creation of layout models using 3D CAD and configuration management
  • Requirements
    ・Practical experience in layout design and outfitting design that integrates multiple equipment, units, and subsystems in aircraft, spacecraft, automobiles, railways, ships, plant equipment, etc. (e.g., spatial integration of wire harnesses, piping, structural components, control equipment, cooling systems, etc.)
    ・Experience in designing medium to large-scale assemblies using 3D CAD (assembly modeling, interference checking, layout optimization, etc.)
    ・Experience
    in coordinating with other departments (mechanism, electrical equipment, heat, structure, manufacturing, etc.) ・Those who can communicate smoothly in Japanese (approximate: business level or higher)
