This position will be stationed at the customer's location and will serve as a hub of communication, technical support, and quality verification of products and services. The mission of this position is to improve customer satisfaction and build relationships of trust, and is responsible for prompt and accurate communication regarding product quality, delivery conditions, and technical specifications.

As a Resident Engineer, you will serve as the official representative of the company at the customer site. This is a highly visible and impactful role where you will be responsible for ensuring product and service quality, providing technical support, and acting as a communication hub between the customer and the company.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Client Interface & Response
    -Client technical support and quality assurance
    -Client project support
    -Information sharing and improvement between the collaboration team and client organization

    -Build strong relationships through daily interactions and timely updates.

    -Provide on-site technical support and confirm the quality of delivered products and services.

  • Requirements
    Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in ADAS-related projects
    ・Experience in customer-facing roles and handling issues
    ・Native level Japanese / Business level English
    ・Communication skills to explain technical content clearly to customers
