You will join the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team and will be responsible for co-leading the performance reporting, planning and forecasting cycles, supporting coordination among stakeholders within the Group and managing communication with management. You will also directly support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis, key performance reports and management meeting materials.
You will be instrumental in co-leading the actual reporting, planning, and forecasting cycles, aligning internal stakeholders across the group, and helping to manage communication with senior leadership. - Responsibilities
- ■Profitability Cash Flow Capital Efficiency
Profitability Team: Plays an important role in improving the Group's financial performance. We work closely with our accounting teams and investor relations (IR) to provide actionable insights and build compelling stories for capital markets.
- Cash Flow Capital Efficiency Team: Actively collaborate with Operative Companies to ensure integrity and transparency across the organization. It directly contributes to the key pillars that support the Group's success, such as increased profitability, optimized cash flow and improved capital efficiency.
■Investment Capital Allocation
/ Investment/Capital Allocation Team: Responsible for defining effective capital allocation methodologies to maximize value creation across product portfolios and innovation pipelines. It plays a crucial role in shaping the future of investing, ensuring that resources are channeled into the most promising opportunities, based on profit pools, synergie potential, and long-term growth goals.
■Synergy Method
・Synergy Team: Responsible for maximizing the financial potential of the group. He works closely with product planning and strategy teams to provide executive team with a clear analysis of synergies and key trends. Manage synergy creation efforts to create measurable value and support the Group's long-term success.
- Method Team: Plays a central role in the development and implementation of FPA policies across the Group. Ensure transparent reporting of key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and improve operational efficiency for the Group and its affiliates. There is an opportunity to influence decision-making at all levels through the implementation of best practices and increased consistency.
■Profitability, Cashflow Capital Efficiency

■Synergies Methods
Synergies Team, playing a key role in unlocking the full financial potential of the ARCHION Group. You will collaborate closely with Product Planning and Strategy teams, focusing on evaluating synergy progress and providing clear insights on key developments to ARCHION’s management. Your work will help to ensure that synergy initiatives deliver measurable value and support the Group’s long-term success.

- Requirements
- ・Degree
in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) or Economics ・At least
3 years of FPA work experience ・In-depth knowledge of financial concepts. Practical experience
and IT skills, especially in KPI-based external reporting and financial planning and analysis (FPA) - advanced operational skills in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint). Experience
in using ERP systems and data analysis tools, analytical skills, fast thinking, results-oriented, attention to detail, ability
to execute, ability to perform in a fast-changing environment, appropriate prioritization, and ability
to multitask, high communication and presentation skills
, high cooperation, and team-oriented. Leadership to lead cross-functional projects
・ Academic background in business administration (accounting / finance) or economics
・ Minimum of 3-years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
・Strong knowledge and experience of financial concepts incl. KPI-based external reporting and financial planning and analysis
・Advanced profiency in MS offices (especially Excel, PowerPoint), ERP system and Data Analytics tools
・Analytical skills, quick thinker, result-driven, detailed oriented, execution focussed
・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
・Strong communication and presentation skills
・Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
