We are a technology company focused on researching and providing unmanned aerial systems for industrial applications and operational management platforms in the low altitude domain.
We have a proven track record of numerous installations in diverse fields such as surveying, equipment inspection, and agricultural support, and our management technology has been adopted for standard operation in multiple regions.
In recent years, we have expanded our operations with the establishment of overseas corporations and large procurements, and we continue to participate in public and private projects. We are promoting the establishment of a global platform to create a new industry for low-altitude mobility that integrates hardware, software, and operational integration infrastructure.

This position is responsible for comprehensively leading the development, mass production, and global deployment of our own aircraft for outdoor applications.
As a candidate for the position of technical manager, you will formulate a technology roadmap in collaboration with the management team, establish a mass production system from prototyping, optimize the manufacturing process, collaborate with international partners on technology, and lead the establishment of an engineering organization.
This position will play a central role in the creation of a global manufacturing company from Japan in the next-generation mobility field, where hardware, software, and operational management are closely integrated.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Development and promotion of overall technical strategy for the company's aircraft
    ・Development of prototype to mass production process design of unmanned aircraft for outdoor use
    ・Establishment of production technology and collaboration with overseas technical partners
    ・Promotion of area-specific product planning based on international regulations
    ・Launching, hiring and management of hardware/software engineer organization
  • Requirements
    -Experience leading technology development at the business head or management level
    -Experience in mass production development of robotics, motion control, precision devices, etc.
    -Practical English communication skills with overseas teams
  • Preferred
    Experience in launching a 0 to 1 product
    - Experience in managing an engineering organization in a high growth phase
    - Understanding of the AI/software domain
