The Parts & Service organization aims to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout vehicle ownership by providing high-quality service and support, strengthening customer loyalty.

The pricing function manages global recommended pricing for aftersales products, develops pricing strategies and systems, and conducts competitive benchmarking.

The role also supports direct business activities such as lubricant, chemical, and genuine paint sales through campaign planning, pricing management, and new business development. In addition, it includes financial analysis and dealer bonus data management, as well as inventory quality management for new and used vehicles in cooperation with distribution centers and dealers to maintain high-quality stock levels.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1. Parts & Accessories Pricing Management

    - Manage pricing for parts and accessories
    - Maintain and monitor local market prices
    - Manage pricing systems (VIDA, GPSS, VIPS, TACDIS)
    - Develop and manage pricing strategies
    - Support price system development
    - Conduct competitive price surveys and adjust pricing
    - Coordinate with global teams

    2. Direct Business Management

    - Manage daily sales of lubricants, chemicals, and genuine paint products
    - Manage direct business ordering systems
    - Plan and execute marketing campaigns
    - Monitor and adjust pricing
    - Manage supplier payments

    3. Financial Management for Service

    * Support financial analysis and forecasting
    * Conduct currency and cost analysis
    * Manage dealer bonus payments
    * Perform forecast analysis
    * Update monthly financial reporting data

    4. Stock Maintenance Management

    - Manage maintenance of new and used vehicle stock
    - Communicate with and support dealers
    - Monitor daily stock maintenance status
    - Provide quality status reports to regional and headquarters teams

    5. Service Data Analysis

    - Perform data analysis and forecasting
    - Provide analysis support on request
    - Improve and optimize data usage
    - Manage data storage systems
  • Requirements
    - Business level English speaker
    - Data driven analysis skill set
    - Self-Starter, high motivation with responsibility
    - Positive attitude towards new challenges and challenging goals
    - Great communication and negotiation skill
    - Great Presentation skill
    - Computer skill, Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word), Power BI
  • Preferred
    - Automotive business experience
    - Service business experience as optional
