This position involves coordinating cross-functional communication, managing technical evaluation programs, forecasting sales revenue, and ensuring service quality and performance meet or exceed customer expectations while supporting strategic market penetration initiatives.

- Responsibilities
- - Drive Probe Card & Service (Probe System) revenue growth in the Japan market
- Own key customer relationships, serving as the primary interface for sales execution and satisfaction
- Lead technical evaluations and customer programs to support product adoption
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop sales forecasts and growth strategies
- Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams to align strategy and optimize market penetration
- Develop and execute key account strategies across multiple customers
- Lead commercial negotiations, including cost models and business case justification

- Requirements
- - At least 2 years experience in semiconductor related sales (probe card or other testing equipment is preferred)
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Ability to speak business level English
