Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Predict what kind of projects will increase, and according to the forecasts, plan
strategies to strengthen supply, select partner mechanics, develop them, build relationships and trust, and design and promote
overall policies such as price agreements -Consider multiple factors such as region, experience, quality, growth potential, and expectations, and lead
the consideration of structures using data and technology. ・Establishment of a new supply system when developing new areas (development of partner mechanics in new regions and technical areas, guarantee and improvement of QCD level)
・Establishment and management of a training system for partner mechanics and internal members

- ・Experience
in formulating and implementing goals and indicators (KGIs and KPIs) as an organizational leader *Those who
have created and promoted systems as sales planning and personnel planning ・Experience
in achieving business performance and managing the organization necessary for it, and formulating and promoting sales strategies at the organizational level based on logical thinking based on figures and data
