This is a group manager position leading the physical and digital integration of test and development vehicles equipped with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
We oversee the vehicle integration team, ensuring quality and delivery times, and collaborate with domestic and international development teams and OEMs to advance the project.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Guidance and development of the vehicle integration team and quality and delivery management
Installation and calibration
of sensors (cameras, radar, ultrasound, etc.) Installation and update
of software and drivers Design and management
of in-vehicle network configurations (gateways, communication protocols) Collaboration
with development teams in Japan and overseas Coordinating with OEMs and managing vehicle availability and scheduling
, driving organizational and process improvements and resolving
technical challenges, and resource management of workshops and equipment

- Requirements
- Degree
in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, etc. Experience in vehicle systems, electronics, and testing
in the automotive industry Experience leading technical teams or complex projects Understanding
of ADAS/autonomous driving sensor systems Customer-oriented
, flexible, and results-oriented attitude
Japanese: Business level
English: Level at which you can work in a global development network
