Production Management | Production Management Engineer

  • Manufacturer, Aerospace & Robotics
  • Mechanical, Production Engineer
  • Ibaraki
  • ¥5,000,000~¥8,000,000

It is a space startup born from a university laboratory in 2020 and develops and manufactures propulsion engines for small satellites. With its unique technology that uses water as a propellant that is safe and has a low environmental impact, it has won high praise from satellite manufacturers in Japan and overseas, and has succeeded in multiple space demonstrations. Commercial projects and mass production projects are already underway, and although it is an R startup, it is a company that continues to grow further along with the expansion of the space industry while building a stable business foundation.

This role is to play a role in the entire process from the formulation of production plans to the optimization of the entire process for the mass production of satellite engines.
After accurately understanding production capacity, we assemble feasible plans to improve the production system itself, such as shortening lead times and takt times, and eliminating bottlenecks in the process. We will lead the construction of a mass production system that achieves both efficiency and quality by managing processes to maintain and improve quality in cooperation with manufacturing sites and technical departments, and by working to optimize parts inventory and cost control.

  • Hiroshima
  • ¥3,000,000~¥6,000,000

Our company is a mobility startup aiming for mass production and social implementation of ultra-compact EVs classified as single-seater and moped-type vehicles. Tackling regional mobility issues and minimizing environmental impact, we have built an integrated system from design and manufacturing to sales and after-sales support, as well as CRM. Mass production is scheduled to begin in October 2025, and we are promoting a business that will redefine "mobility options."

During the mass production launch phase of next-generation mobility, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components.

Not just as a worker, but from the perspective of the field, you will consider "how to assemble more safely, faster, and more reliably," and be involved in improving the assembly process itself.

Because it is an early mass production environment, the knowledge gained on-site is directly reflected in improvements in product quality and productivity. In the future, you will be actively involved in expanding production systems, improving processes, and enhancing quality, while supporting the foundation for creating new mobility.

Rather than simply confirming inspection items, you will consider on-site how to conduct more accurate and reproducible inspections, contributing to the establishment of a quality assurance system.

Because it is in the early stages of mass production, insights and improvement proposals on site directly contribute to the evolution of quality standards and inspection processes. In the future, we expect you to play a key role in delivering high-quality mobility to the market, while also contributing to the standardization, automation, and labor-saving of inspection systems.
