In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the dealership, driving business growth through the development of strategic plans and initiatives. - 1. Inventory Management
Securing high-quality pre-owned vehicles
Maintaining and managing pre-owned vehicle inventory
Monitoring market trends and adjusting pre-owned vehicle inventory in line with demand
2. Sales Management
Overseeing the pre-owned vehicle sales team and maintaining motivation through training and guidance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Planning and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability
Building the team, enhancing staff motivation, and providing opportunities for staff capability and skill development
3. Customer Satisfaction
Identifying and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
Providing high customer satisfaction and excellent service by resolving issues promptly
4. Financial Management
Preparing budgets for the pre-owned vehicle department, including expense and revenue forecasts
Monitoring financial performance and implementing necessary strategies to achieve revenue targets
5. Compliance and Documentation Management
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to pre-owned vehicle sales
Accurately maintaining and managing documentation related to vehicle transactions and customer information
6. Marketing and Promotion
Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote pre-owned vehicles in collaboration with the marketing team
Building strong relationships with local businesses and organizations and establishing cooperative partnerships, including referrals
