This role acts as a bridge between Business Development and Account Management functions, supporting customer relationship management and strategic business growth activities. The position focuses on maintaining strong customer engagement, supporting RFQ activities, and coordinating internal teams to support long-term business expansion.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with customer commercial and engineering teams
Manage account plans, visit reports, issue tracking, and documentation
Coordinate internal alignment across engineering, program, quality, and SCM teams
Support account strategy development and business growth activities
Support RFQ preparation, competitor analysis, and customer presentations
Track QCDDM performance and escalate risks when necessary
Support pursuit activities for cockpit electronics, electrification, and AI-related solutions

- Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or technical coordination
Automotive industry experience preferred
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Experience supporting RFQ or design-win activities
